Caring Angels (Senior Citizens) have always looked after their children, but it is time they need care & love from their children. Our objective is to work for Senior Parents. Amcha Ghar children have been regularly visiting nearby old age homes. It has been a very wonderful experience for our kids to spend time with the senior parents, to talk to them, care for them in their small gestures. Due to whatsoever reasons, the senior parents long for the love of their children & grandchildren

Amcha Ghar commenced the project of ‘Caring Angels’ for the senior citizens below the poverty line living in miserable conditions, in order to provide nutrition, clothing, medical aid, etc. These grandparents have been neglected by their own children and grandchildren and left alone to fend for themselves. As we do not have our own premises yet, the care is provided to the caring angels at their own homes.

Medical aid is another critical component of the Caring Angels project. Many senior citizens suffer from chronic illnesses and other health issues but lack the financial means to afford proper medical care. Amcha Ghar arranges for regular health check-ups, medications, and other necessary treatments to address these health concerns. By ensuring access to medical care, the initiative helps improve the overall health and quality of life for these elderly individuals.

Given that Amcha Ghar does not yet have its own premises for the Caring Angels project, the care and support are provided directly at the senior citizens’ homes. This approach ensures that the elderly can remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own surroundings while receiving the help they need. The home visits also allow the caregivers to assess the living conditions of the senior citizens and provide personalized assistance based on their specific needs.
